Dream Funnel™ is a lean, peer‑to‑peer platform. When you send $20 to someone, we show you exactly how the transfer breaks down — before you confirm it and after. Here's the plain‑English version.
The math on a $20 support payment
That's ~95% of your support reaching the person directly.
Why the 10¢ fee?
It covers the real cost of running Dream Funnel™ — servers, databases, security updates, email delivery, SMS notifications, and human support. We chose a flat fee so a $5 transfer is treated the same as a $500 transfer.
Stripe's role, in plain English
Dream Funnel™ never touches your card number or bank account. Stripe handles:
- encrypting and processing your payment
- verifying the recipient before releasing funds
- moving the money into the recipient's payout method
- fraud detection and chargeback handling
We use Stripe Connect, which means the money flows from your card directly to the recipient's Stripe account. If Dream Funnel™ disappeared tomorrow, recipients would still receive their payouts.
If something goes wrong
Email support@dreamfunnel.net. We investigate every report. If we confirm misuse, we suspend the page and coordinate with Stripe on next steps.
Contact us within 30 days with your receipt. Because these transfers are voluntary peer‑to‑peer payments, refunds are reviewed case‑by‑case. Stripe's processing fees are not recoverable.
Dispute the charge with your bank or card issuer. Stripe honors legitimate chargebacks, and the amount is deducted from the recipient's balance automatically. If you want help coordinating, email us.
Are these payments tax‑deductible?
Generally no — Dream Funnel™ facilitates peer‑to‑peer support, not contributions to a registered charity. If a page is run by a verified nonprofit, it will say so clearly. When in doubt, ask the organizer for their EIN.
We send a full receipt after every transfer and a year‑end summary each December.
Recurring support
You can cancel monthly or yearly support anytime — from your dashboard or from the "cancel" link in every receipt email. No phone calls, no hoops.
Your data
We collect only what's needed to make peer‑to‑peer support work: your name, email, and transfer history. We don't sell your data or share it with advertisers. Ever.
