Help me and my daughter furnish our new home
After 35 years of marriage, I lost my husband to heart failure. In the middle of that grief, I also lost everything I owned. It has been a hard road, but I recently found a new house for my daughter and myself to start over in. Moving in took every dollar I had, so right now we have a house but almost nothing inside it. No bed frames, no kitchen table, no couch, not even basic kitchen items to cook a simple meal. We are sleeping and sitting on the floor while we try to rebuild our lives. Any help I receive will go directly toward getting the essentials we need to make this house feel like a home again, things like beds, a table to eat at, and basic kitchen supplies. I am not asking for anything fancy, just enough to help us get settled and feel steady again after everything we have been through this year. I am grateful for anyone who can help, even in a small way. Losing my husband was the hardest thing I have ever faced, and having a safe, livable home for my daughter and me would mean more than words can say. Thank you for reading our story and for any support you can offer.
